All commercial dealings, service engagements, invoicing, contracts, and legal obligations mentioned herein are legally bound and executed under the registered name "Viapocket Solutions".

By engaging with Hiemind Digital for any service offering—including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, SEO, advertising, branding, or consultancy—you acknowledge and agree that:

• The official contracting party is Viapocket Solutions

• All invoices, receipts, and payment communications will be issued in the name of Viapocket Solutions

• Any legal concern, query, or compliance-related matter shall be governed and handled under the legal jurisdiction and corporate structure of Viapocket Solutions

• The Terms & Conditions outlined below apply uniformly to all services rendered under the Hiemind Digital brand, and shall be enforceable as per Indian laws under Viapocket Solutions

Note: Viapocket Solutions is fully compliant with Indian tax regulations and statutory obligations applicable to MSMEs. GST and other legal disclosures will be furnished on every official invoice, as per standard norms.
